Cassey Ho, who runs a YouTube workout channel called "Blogilates" digitally altered her body in response to online critics saying she looked fat for someone promoting physical fitness. Ho created a video, titled "The Perfect Body," to raise awareness against body shaming and cyberbullying. See the video below where the young YouTube fitness trainer asked;

First Lady Michelle Obama was on The Ellen DeGeneres Show yesterday and showed off her dance moves in a choreographed routine to Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars’ “Uptown Funk”. The first lady and host Ellen were joined on the dance floor by mentors Twitch and Travis, as well as the So You Think You Can Dance crew.

Before the dance, Michelle informed the show’s audience she had challenged Ellen to try out the routine as a competition. In the ensuing teases and jokes, DeGeneres explained she was “more street” when it comes to dancing, but nonetheless agreed to a dance off. She reminded Michelle that she, Ellen had won their push-up competition when the first lady was on the show last year, LOL... Watch video below..

Tuedon Morgan is a marathon runner with medals and accolades to show for it. Better known as Tee Morgan, Tuedon has 40 marathons scheduled for this year alone, and this is in addition to her family and a full-time job. Tee is almost 42 years old, and has a high level job as an education administrator. She has been married for 21 years, and has 4 sons - 20, 18, 16 and 8.

Tee's passion for running started when she joined a gym and began walking on a treadmill in her desire to lose the weight she had gained during and after her fourth and final pregnancy. Tee and her family have lived in Qatar since 2005, but she has over the past four years travelled the world in pursuit of her dream, and hopes to be the first Nigerian to run the North Pole. Woman Loses 800lbs After Falsely Confessing To Killing Nephew By Rolling On Him [Photos]

Mayra Rosales was 1,000lbs, and dubbed the 'half-ton killer' after she falsely confessed to accidentally killing her nephew in 2008. Now, after a trial that saw her sister rightly going to jail for the crime, Rosales has lost 800lbs and weighs within her normal range at 200lbs.

According to Dailymail, she said back then that she'd given up on life and had confessed to killing her nephew in order to protect her sister Jamie. Rosales had told police she had smothered the child by rolling on top of him, but her claim was later disproved when autopsy results revealed the boy had died from multiple injuries to his skull.

Beyonce has just shared an Instagram video of herself working out in a private gym to the soundtrack of “Eye of the Tiger.” If you don't know the song by name, it is the theme song to Rocky 3 with Sylvester Stallone where he makes a comeback to the ring. Most of his training in the movie are scored to the song.

In Beyonce's video, she is wearing black T-shirt and striped yoga pants, and does standing side crunches, sit-ups with a kettle ball, punching with weights, lunges, high step squats and more. The video is to celebrate the fifth anniversary of Let’s Move, First Lady Michelle Obama’s national health initiative.
